Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Revenue Manager / Revenue Specialist to oversee end-to-end revenue processes across Hong Kong, China, and Singapore. Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline.
• 2–6+ years of revenue accounting, billing, forecasting, or revenue recognition.
• Experience in project-based industries is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash process including project setup and billing.
• Execute monthly revenue close with compliance to standards and internal policies.
• Lead regional revenue forecasting, reforecasting, and budgeting with variance analysis.
• Oversee invoicing, accounts receivable, and working capital control.
• Champion process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with regional/global stakeholders to align revenue workflows across HK, China, and Singapore.
