Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a finance professional to manage the full set of accounts, oversee cash flow, and coordinate payments in a dynamic trading environment. The role requires collaboration with auditors and tax agents across regional teams.

This position demands strong accounting knowledge, ERP proficiency, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Immediate availability is advantageous, with responsibilities spanning AP/AR/GL, reporting, and ad hoc finance tasks.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline.
Extensive accounting/finance experience, ideally in trading or product-based sector.
Proficient in ERP systems and standard office tools.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and regional transaction flows.
Experience in inter-company billing and trade finance (e.g., letters of credit).
Excellent communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Independent, detail-oriented, and able to handle diverse tasks.
Immediate availability is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage full set of accounts (AP/AR/GL).
Oversee daily cash flow and coordinate bank payments.
Perform routine reconciliations of revenue, costs, and general ledger data.
Prepare monthly financial and management reports for business review.
Provide multi-tasking admin and HR support (contracts, bank accounts).
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and internal teams on compliance/reporting.
Support regional or overseas accounting teams on ad hoc assignments.
