Job summary

Town House in Hong Kong is seeking a dynamic and engaging sales associate to join our growing department store division. The role is based across our boutique and department store locations, with flexibility to work in either division.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or homeware, and be fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. You will need to be a team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail experience, with preference for luxury, homeware/furniture, or wine/spirits.
• Good team-player, self-motivated and can work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Flexibility to work across boutique or department store division as required, following the work hours of the respective division.

Town House has been operating for 65 years in Hong Kong.

We have five retail locations across Hong Kong and Macau, including in Prince's Building, Harbour City, SOGO, and Wing On, in addition to a wholesale division that supplies the top hotels and restaurants in Hong Kong and Macau.

We are growing our department store division and are looking for a dynamic and engaging sales associate to join our team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail experience, with experience in either luxury, homeware/furniture, wine/spirits being preferred.
• Good team-player, self-motivated and can work under pressure.
