Chanel is seeking a Learning & Development partner in Hong Kong to curate personalized learning solutions for Boutique Advisors, elevating client experience and retail excellence. You will coach and collaborate with Area and Boutique Managers to enhance the learning journey and business impact.

You will thrive connecting Talent Development with Retail, driving change through role modelling and cross-functional teamwork, while supporting Chanel’s continuous growth and talent development.

Qualifications

• Degree or tertiary diploma with experience in people interactions, coaching and training.
• Preference for a managerial role in selling, retail or client service.
• Strong client-centric mindset and vision for service excellence.
• Excellent communication, influence skills and passion for people development.

Responsibilities

• Coach Chanel Fashion Advisors to raise capabilities and client experience.
• Collaborate with Area Managers and Boutique Managers to elevate learning journeys.
• Drive cross-functional learning initiatives aligned with retail excellence.

• Open-mindedness, adaptability, and strong planning and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and flexibility in mobility and retail hours.
