Job summary

YATA Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a self-motivated university student for a part-time role (2–3 days per week). You will gain hands-on exposure to retail operations by visiting stores, analyzing customer service performance, and benchmarking against competitors.

You will support senior leaders by preparing insights and executive-level materials, participate in data analysis with a business mindset, and develop presentation materials for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree students; self-driven, curious, fast learner.
• Interest or experience in retail / supermarket industry in HK is a plus.
• Strong analytical sense and business mindset.
• Visit retail and competitor stores to observe operations and customer experience.
• Analyze performance trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with business partners to validate insights.
• Prepare presentation materials for senior management.
