Kroll Associates (Asia) Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Manager to lead insolvency, restructuring, investigations and cross-border matters across Singapore, Jakarta, HK and PRC. You will manage engagements and mentor junior staff, delivering detailed reports for creditors and courts.

The role requires 5+ years in professional services, CA/CPA qualifications, and the ability to build client relationships while providing practical, commercial distressed-situation solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• CA and/or CPA qualification.
• 5+ years of hands-on insolvency and restructuring experience.
• Risk tolerance and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities; commercial acumen.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day management of insolvency and restructuring engagements.
• Draft detailed reports and documents for Courts and creditors.
• Manage and mentor junior staff on assignments.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to practice development.
• Lead cross-border matters across multiple jurisdictions as needed.
