Tianlong Capital Management Limited, a Hong Kong licensed firm, invites applications for the position of Responsible Officer – Type 6. The role oversees the Type 6 advisory activity and ensures ongoing compliance with SFC requirements.

Based in Wanchai, this full-time role involves supervising corporate finance advisory work, liaising with clients, legal advisers, auditors, valuers, the SFC and the Stock Exchange, and supporting new mandates; remuneration is negotiable.

Qualifications

• Currently approved by the SFC as a Responsible Officer for Type 6 regulated activity, or able to satisfy the SFC's requirements for approval as a Type 6 Responsible Officer.
• Good regulatory record and able to satisfy the SFC's fit-and-proper requirements.

Responsabilités

• Act as a Responsible Officer for the Company's Type 6 regulated activity.
• Supervise the Company's corporate finance advisory business and ensure compliance with applicable SFC requirements.
• Liaise with clients, legal advisers, auditors, valuers, the SFC, the Stock Exchange and other professional parties.
• Maintain effective compliance, risk-management and internal-control procedures.
• Support business development and the sourcing and execution of new corporate finance mandates.
