Qmis-Financial-Group-Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced finance professional to manage SFC licensing, regulatory compliance, and IPO-related activities. This role emphasizes deal origination, execution, and opportunities in investment funds with strong links to mainland China.

The ideal candidate holds 5+ years in financial services, with CPA/CFA preferred and deep knowledge of equities, futures & options, and structured products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in financial services.
• Significant working experience in mainland China.
• 5-7+ years of relevant corporate finance experience.
• CPA or CFA highly preferred.
• Experience in equities, futures & options, and structured products.
• Identify investment fund business opportunities.
• Focused on managing the full cycle of IPO and related regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle SFC enquiries and licensing matters.
• Identify investment fund business opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end IPO processes and related deal origination/execution.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements in fast-paced markets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to advance corporate finance initiatives.
