Job summary

HEXFLOW HOLDING LIMITED in Hong Kong seeks a Responsible Officer (SFC Type 1, 4, 9) & Head of Operations to develop and implement policies, procedures and internal controls compliant with regulators. The role includes AML/CFT design, risk management and overseeing fund operations and investment projects.

The candidate should hold SFC licenses for Type 1/4/9, have 8+ years in financial services, be detail-oriented, analytical, and fluent in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Holder of valid SFC license(s) for Type 1, 4, and 9 regulated activities.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Detail-oriented and highly analytical with proactive problem solving.
• Solid in marketing and investment a plus.
• Proficient PC skills in Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies, procedures and internal controls aligned with regulatory requirements.

Responsible Officer (SFC Type 1,4, 9) upto 80K

Responsible Officer (SFC Type 1, 4, 9) & Head of Operations responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures and internal controls aligned with regulatory requirements, designing compliance frameworks including AML/CFT and risk management, and overseeing fund operations and investment projects.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement all necessary policies, procedures and internal controls required with regulatory requirements

Design and establish the compliance framework, including AML/CFT, risk management, and operational procedures

Engage in public and private market investments, covering deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio monitoring, and risk management

Support fund establishment, product structuring, and ongoing product lifecycle management

Contribute to fundraising activities, investor relations, and business development initiatives

Handle any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Board

About you

Holder of valid SFC license(s) for Type 1, 4, and 9 regulated activities.

At least 8 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of SFC regulations and guidelines

Detail-oriented and highly analytical, with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Solid in marketing and investment is a plus

Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing

Fluent in Mandarin and English
