Job Duties

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the insurance brokerage firm
• Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirement set by the Insurance Authority (IA)
• Assist in the preparation and submission of license applications to the Insurance Authority (IA)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders
• Provide professional advice and recommendations on insurance products and services
• Train and mentor junior staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in insurance industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Current holder of RO license of an insurance broker company
• Strong relationship with leading insurers in Hong Kong, able to obtain reference letters from insurers
• Thorough understanding of the regulatory framework and requirements of the Insurance Authority (IA)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism and ethical conduct
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
