Qualifications

• A master's degree or above in Education, Social Sciences, Public Policy or related discipline.
• Experience in research design and analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Strong background in statistics and data analysis software.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English; capable of scholarly publication.
• Experience in action research or youth programs is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing a robust, evidence-based outcome measurement framework for the project using randomized controlled trial and mixed methods.
• Conduct comprehensive research on the project's impact, including data collection, statistical analysis, and qualitative interpretation.
• Contribute to writing project reports and scholarly articles for publication in internationally refereed journals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary project team of educators, sports and music instructors, researchers, and administrators.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of the project's research objectives.
