Job summary

Citic CLSA is seeking a dedicated research professional to support the Thematic Research team focused on deep technologies. The role involves building and servicing financial models, data analysis, and producing unique research products.

You will compile news, collaborate with analysts to provide stock and sector commentary, and assist in delivering market reports and client-ready presentations.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate or above, preferably in business related or engineering discipline
• Minimum 3 years of work experience
• Experience in a large accountancy firm or startup will also be considered
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Good understanding of financial modelling and strong Excel skills
• Creative storytelling abilities and strong PowerPoint skills
• Strong sense of commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and management skills to both internal and external clients
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, proficiency in Mandarin is preferred

Position Description

This position is responsible for providing support to the Thematic Research team in their coverage of the deep technologies. The role is primarily responsible for assisting with the building and servicing of financial models, analysis of data, and the production of unique research product.
