Qualifications

• 2+ years of research experience in US equities or Crypto/Web3.
• Proficient in Python, Excel, Dune Analytics, Glassnode, or TradingView.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English reading US equity research reports and Web3 whitepapers.

Responsibilities

• Track key US equity sectors and macro indicators and author reports.
• Conduct crypto market research on DeFi, Layer2, on-chain analytics and Web3 projects.
• Collect and analyze financial data and modeling for research reports.
• Provide macro judgments and risk warnings for trading teams.
