Job summary

REAP Limited is seeking a senior risk leader to own risk management for card issuance as the company expands globally. You’ll lead fraud prevention, BIN sponsorship governance, and the risk data program while partnering with clients and the data team to drive scalable controls.

You’ll thrive on ownership, complex problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration across geographies in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in risk management within card issuer or acquirer environments.
• Strong fraud and risk management background in payments or fintech.
• Fintech or tech-company experience is preferred.
• Self-driven ownership with end-to-end project delivery.
• Project management and proactive blockers reporting.
• Clear stakeholder communication for non-technical audiences.
• Outcome-oriented, with metrics-driven decision making.
• Risk analytics and presentation; SQL is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead new market expansion risk across APAC card issuing products.
• Drive governance of BIN sponsorship risk and onboarding.
• Automate and scale operational risk monitoring workflows.
• Lead fraud incident investigations and post-mortems.
• Build risk dashboards and surface signals with the data team.
• Deliver client-facing risk advisory and thresholds setting.
• Elevate data-driven risk decisions across stakeholders.
