Job summary

Sleek is seeking a renewals specialist to own renewal metrics and drive upsell opportunities for Hong Kong-based clients. The role emphasizes proactive engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach to renewals and churn prevention.

You will work in a flexible, remote-ready environment with a focus on customer delight and operational excellence, leveraging AI tools to streamline processes and improve CSAT scores.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Renewals or Customer Success, located in the Philippines.
• Proven carried commission target with upsell or saved revenue.
• Active use of AI daily to optimize work.
• Experience managing a customer pipeline with CRM hygiene and forecasting.
• Strong written and spoken English; able to communicate with Hong Kong-market clients.

Responsibilities

• Renewal rate targets and CSAT targets across the Hong Kong client base.
• Drive upsells and churn reductions through proactive calls and meetings.
• Manage at-risk accounts with complex saves and win-backs.
• Investigate escalations and collaborate with accounting, corpsec, product and data teams.
• Maintain a data-driven book of business and pipeline using CRM and reporting.
