Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's student or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Strong understanding of traditional investment products and interest in crypto.
• Strong analytical skills; Excel proficiency required.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin for coordinating with overseas partners.
• Structured, detail-oriented; able to work in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
• Available for at least 6 months; fully remote across Asia time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support building Binance Earn's TradFi wealth management products from research and product design through launch and day-to-day operations.
• Conduct market and competitor research on wealth management products and translate findings into product recommendations.
• Help build and maintain the product universe and product data, and support product selection reviews.
• Support product documentation (BRD / PRD, user flows, FAQs), design reviews and testing, and track issues to closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Support product launches and user-growth campaigns, build regular reports and dashboards, and translate results into actionable recommendations.
