Job summary

HR Plus is seeking a Project Manager / Game Producer to join a startup-backed effort establishing a Hong Kong office. You will oversee end-to-end mobile game publishing and operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring quality across projects.

The role offers flexible working arrangements including work-from-home options, a dynamic international team, and a competitive salary package of 35k–50k HKD monthly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Game Development.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in gaming.
• Strong understanding of mobile game publishing processes and trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to analyze data and make decisions.
• English proficiency; Cantonese or Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing the Hong Kong office, including recruitment and partnerships.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project execution.
• Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks and coordinate with external partners.
