Qualifications

Hands-on with live acquisition or sale processes.
Excel financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis.
Experience with company research, target screening, comps, and pitchbooks.
Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis and AI training.
Perform target screening, comparable company analysis, and transaction analysis.
Build and review Excel-based financial and valuation models.
Prepare and review pitchbooks and client presentation materials.
Analyze financial materials for errors, valuation issues, and inconsistencies.
Explain accounting treatments, valuation adjustments, assumptions, and transaction sensitivities.
Provide clear written and verbal explanations of complex financial concepts.
