Qualifications

• Licensed US attorney with authorization to practice in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-JD litigation experience in shareholder and LLC disputes.
• Demonstrated mastery in legal drafting for commercial litigation and discovery.

Responsibilities

• Produce authentic litigation documents including motions, briefs, and discovery materials.
• Draft rubric items for each submission to show essential elements of arguments.
• Incorporate senior feedback into subsequent drafts and adapt to evolving case posture.
• Maintain consistency in legal argumentation across multi-turn simulated litigation scenarios.
• Identify ambiguities or missing facts and escalate for resolution with project leadership.
• Work from public or synthetic fact patterns with no client-confidential information.
• Adapt to various document types and shifting project requirements as directed by leadership.
