Job summary

Manpower Group Hong Kong is seeking an import/export documentation specialist responsible for managing the full cycle of trade documents, coordinating with suppliers, banks and offices in Hong Kong and UAE to ensure timely preparation, submission and payment processing.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in import/export documentation, familiarity with L/C, B/L, invoices, and be fluent in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Familiar with common trade documents (L/C, B/L, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin)
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to work under tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication and coordination with banks, suppliers and overseas offices

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of import/export trade documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, banks and internal offices (HK and UAE) to prepare, submit and follow up documents, and oversee payments to suppliers.
• Liaise with the bank to process export documents and obtain courier numbers.
• Track export document delivery to customers and follow up on payment; coordinate with banks for payment release to suppliers.
• Coordinate with HK consultant for signatures as needed.
• Coordinate with UAE office for guidance on import/export documentation.
