Job summary

Binance is seeking a driven recruitment coordinator to assist with non-tech talent sourcing and end-to-end scheduling in a fast-paced, international tech environment. You will manage postings, coordinate interviews, and maintain clean ATS data while contributing to employer branding and hiring projects.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to collaborate with global partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (ongoing or recent graduate) in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy (prior internship a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in an international and tech-driven environment; bilingual English/Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across non-tech roles.
• Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards).
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever).
• Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies.
• Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects.
• Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings.
• Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations.
