Job summary

Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, seeks a Fiat Treasury Manager to strengthen fiat reconciliation and treasury controls across banks and partners. You will own reconciliation processes, monitor liquidity, and drive scalable improvements in a high-volume environment.

The role requires hands-on treasury operations experience, detail orientation, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Compliance to strengthen governance and automate workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in treasury operations and reconciliation.
• Hands-on fiat reconciliation including matching and balance validation.
• Familiarity with banking flows, payment providers, and ledger-based controls.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own fiat reconciliation and treasury control processes across banks, PSPs, ledgers and internal systems.
• Monitor fiat balances, cash positioning, funding movements, and liquidity across entities.
• Identify gaps, automate processes, and strengthen governance and controls across treasury activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations to resolve issues and improve systems.
