Binance is seeking a Treasury Investment Lead to manage global fiat asset investments and optimize liquidity across cash, deposits, and short-duration fixed income.

You will analyze macro trends, monitor risk, and collaborate with banks, asset managers, and internal finance teams to align investment strategies with funding needs. Fluent English and Mandarin are required.

This is a senior, cross-functional role offering ownership of the treasury investment framework and reporting to management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Experience in treasury, asset investment or liquidity management.

Aufgaben

• Manage and execute global fiat asset investment activities across approved traditional finance products.
• Identify suitable investment opportunities for fiat treasury balances considering liquidity, yield and duration.
• Monitor and optimize treasury asset allocation across cash, deposits, money market funds, fixed income products and other low-risk vehicles.
• Conduct market analysis and evaluate macroeconomic trends, interest rate environments and counterparty conditions.
• Collaborate with internal treasury and finance teams to align investment strategies with liquidity planning and capital management priorities.
• Assess and manage investment-related risks including liquidity, market and counterparty risk.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, asset managers, custodians and other financial counterparties globally.
• Support development and enhancement of treasury investment policies, controls and reporting processes.
• Track portfolio performance and prepare regular investment reports and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
