Job summary

Quality HealthCare Medical Services Limited卓健醫 (QHMS) seeks a Concierge VIP Services Clinic Assistant in Hong Kong to deliver premium concierge services to VIP patients and ensure an exceptional experience. Qualifications

• HKDSE / HKCEE or above.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passionate about delivering premium patient care and concierge level service.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle patient information confidentially.
• Comfortable using digital tools and mobile applications to support patient engagement and clinic operations.
• Fresh Graduates are Welcome.
• Experience in Hospitality/Aviation/Luxury retail industry would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium concierge services to VIP patients.
• Manage patient appointments, registration, reception, billing, and general administrative duties.
• Handle patient enquiries professionally via phone, email, and in person.
• Ensure a seamless, efficient patient journey throughout the clinic visit.
• Assist doctors during consultations, treatments, and clinical procedures.
• Dispense medications accurately according to doctors' instructions.
• Promote and support patient adoption of the QHMS mobile app and digital healthcare services.
• Educate patients and facilitate referrals where appropriate.
• Support daily clinic operations, including inventory control and medical supply management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment.
• Perform blood taking procedures where qualified and authorized.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
