Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top US college.
• Direct experience in an admissions office at a competitive US boarding or day school.
• Interview coaching or student-facing mentoring experience.
• Available approximately 5–10 hours per week.
• Passionate about education and working with young people.

Responsibilities

• Coach students through the admissions interview, helping articulate their narrative and present confidently.
• Collaborate with families and Crimson strategists to maximize each student’s admission chances.
