Job summary

Binance is seeking a Product Manager to own the core platform experience and AI-powered personalization across our main site. You will optimize the end-to-end user journey from onboarding to activation, leveraging AI to deliver personalized experiences at scale.

This IC role offers high autonomy, cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data, and business teams, and a tangible impact on millions of users worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of product management experience in fintech, crypto/Web3, or AI products.
• Strong 2C product design, UI/UX principles, and design thinking.
• Data-driven, proficient in turning data into measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Own core platform features across Home, User Center, AI UI, and Market pages.
• Design onboarding flows to boost new user conversion and activation.
• Iterate on personalization strategies with engineering for engines and UI.
• Collaborate with AI teams and LLM groups to translate models into value.
• Define success metrics, run experiments, and iterate with data.
• Coordinate across engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders.
