Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Product Manager to drive initiatives from inception through execution on our global platform. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and cross-functional teams to ship customer-facing features that matter.

You will own roadmaps, write specs, conduct user studies, manage backlogs, and make tradeoffs. Experience shipping fintech/software products at scale and AI-native workflow competency are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience shipping software or financial products at scale.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• AI-native workflow experience with human-in-the-loop practices

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the team’s roadmap with strategic priorities.
• Define features, write specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, manage the backlog, and ship features on time.
• Interview customers to build empathy and meet user needs.
• Prioritize initiatives and weigh tradeoffs.
• Perform market research and analysis.
• Represent the team in cross-functional communications.
• Manage features within a product line.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth.
