Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow private wealth for High-Net-Worth Individuals and family offices in Hong Kong. You will leverage a portable client book and an open-architecture platform with strong custodian relationships.

Provide independent investment advice aligned with wealth preservation and growth goals, while enjoying autonomy and flexible daily scheduling with hybrid/remote work options.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6–10 years' experience in private banking, wealth management, or external asset management.
• Proven track record of managing High-Net-Worth clients with portable AUM.
• Valid regulatory criteria/licensing to conduct regulated investment activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive private wealth management business growth by acquiring, onboarding, and managing HNWIs and family offices.
• Leverage a portable book of business to mobilize AUM onto the firm's open-architecture platform.
• Utilize strong custodian bank relationships across top-tier private banks for client transactions and custody.
• Provide independent, unbiased investment advice and macro market commentary aligned with client goals.

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 6 to 10 years' experience in private banking, wealth management, or external asset management.

• Proven track record of managing High-Net-Worth clients with a demonstrated portable AUM and established client book.

• Valid regulatory criteria and licensing (e.g., SFC Type 1 / Type 4 / Type 9 or HKMA equivalent) to conduct regulated investment activities.

• Deep knowledge of multi-asset investment solutions, private banking booking centers, and wealth planning vehicles.

• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with high ethical standards and client commitment.

• Professional fluency in English or Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is preferred.
