Job summary

• Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international clients to promote the custody services;
• Advise client for documentation and on-boarding requirements;
• Process account opening and manage a smooth client onboarding;
• Responsible for collecting, organizing, and updating customer information, business requirements, transaction records, and other relevant data.
• Handle client inquiries related to cash movement, security settlement, Corporate actions, billing and etc;
• Participate in cross-departmental collaboration and serve as a coordinator, working between clients, LCD, Risk Dept and back office to deliver asset custody solutions;
