Job summary

Captiare in Hong Kong seeks a results-driven Relationship Manager to cover corporate lending and high-value wealth services. You will cultivate long-term relationships with premium clients, assess financial needs, and cross-sell investment and insurance solutions.

Responsibilities include onboarding corporate clients, conducting KYC, and ensuring regulatory compliance with HKMA/SFC standards. A degree in Business or Finance and 3+ years in banking (Senior RM 6+) are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant RM experience or 6+ years for Senior RM.
• Qualified to carry out regulated activities in insurance and investment.
• HK regulatory knowledge (HKMA/SFC) and KYC/due diligence familiarity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship & Business Development: Cultivate long-term relationships with corporate and premium clients, identifying financial needs through deep portfolio reviews and analysis.
• Lending & Wealth Solutions: Drive new business opportunities across commercial lending while cross-selling wealth management products, including investment and insurance solutions.
• Onboarding & Account Management: Deliver a high-quality onboarding experience for corporate clients by managing the end-to-end account opening process.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Conduct thorough KYC (Know Your Customer), background checks, due diligence, periodic reviews, and trigger event assessments.
• Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all sales activities and operations strictly comply with Hong Kong regulatory requirements (HKMA/SFC), industry codes of practice, and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience: Degree holder in Business, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years (for RM) or 6+ years (for Senior RM) of relevant experience in the banking sector.
• Licensing & Qualifications:
  • Qualified individual to carry out regulated activities in insurance and investment.
  • Passes in IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3 and HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8 are mandatory.
  • Professional qualification of ECF-RWM is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Good knowledge of corporate account opening processes, KYC workflows, and portfolio financial analysis.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Core Attributes: Self-motivated, result-driven, customer-centric, and resilient under pressure with excellent interpersonal skills.
• PC Literacy: Proficient in MS Office applications, including Chinese word processing.
