DTCPAY, a leading digital payments company, seeks a Compliance Associate/Manager to handle regulatory compliance matters in Hong Kong. The role covers licences, renewals, regulatory reports and liaison with regulators to coordinate inspections and requests.

You will monitor regulatory changes, maintain compliance frameworks, and advise on regulatory requirements for new products and onboarding flows. Strong analytical skills and bilingual English/Cantonese are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business or a related field.
• At least 3 years of compliance experience in a Hong Kong financial institution, payment company, money service operator or SFC-licensed corporation, preferably with VA dealing or VATP experience.
• Sound knowledge of the SFO, AMLO and the relevant C&ED and CR guidelines, along with in-depth knowledge of digital assets and blockchain technology.
• Direct experience handling regulator inspections, enquiries or licence applications.
• Fluent English and Cantonese; Mandarin preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the Company's licences, including renewals, regulatory reports and statutory filings.
• Act as contact point with regulators and coordinate enquiries, inspections and requests.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess the impact on the business.
• Review and maintain compliance framework, policies and procedures, ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and industry practices.
• Advise business teams on regulatory requirements for new products, partnerships, marketing materials and onboarding flows.
• Conduct compliance monitoring reviews and track issues to closure.
• Deliver compliance training and support internal and external audits.
