Job summary

St. James’ Settlement in Hong Kong is seeking a registered nurse to assist in coordinating, implementing and evaluating community nursing services within primary health care settings.

The role requires HK nursing registration, a Bachelor of Nursing and a willingness to participate in health management programmes and outreach activities, with shift duties and a completion of a Sexual Conviction Record Check as part of the screening process. Sham Shui Po location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing required.
• Part I or II Registration/ Enrolment with Nursing Council of Hong Kong and with valid practicing certificate.
• Post-registration Certificate Course in Community Nursing/ Primary Health Care/Public Health preferable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating, implementing, monitoring and evaluating health screening, assessment and other nursing services
• Implement health management programmes, intervention groups and workshops to service users with healthcare needs involving case management and outreach activities
• Work closely with different stakeholders and multi-disciplinary team to delivery primary health care services
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
• Shift duties is required
• Short-listed candidates will be requested to undergo Sexual Conviction Record Check operated by the Hong Kong Police Force
• Working Place: Sham Shui Po
