Job summary

MoneyHero Group is seeking a regional Head of Operations to lead Customer Service and Fulfillment across markets. The role defines strategy, builds scalable operations, and drives improvements in experience, performance and cost efficiency.

Based in Hong Kong or Singapore, it collaborates with Product, Technology, Finance and Procurement to enable growth while preserving controls and trust. You will shape operating models, governance, and KPI reporting, and lead a high-performing team across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• At least 12 years in operations, customer service, fulfillment or related functions.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role across multiple markets.
• Experience leading transformation, automation and customer-experience initiatives.
• Ability to establish scalable operating models, governance and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the regional operating strategy for Customer Service and Fulfillment.
• Establish operating models, service standards, governance and targets across markets.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans and roadmaps.
• Provide senior leadership with insight into performance, risks and opportunities.
• Lead continuous-improvement, automation and systems-transformation initiatives.
• Develop managers and teams across the region with clear objectives.
