Job summary

Civil Service Bureau, within the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, seeks an Official to assist in data entry, office administration, and programme support. You will liaise with sports associations, schools, and community venues to ensure smooth execution of recreation activities.

The role requires HK permanent residency, 18+ age, Secondary 5 education, and good Chinese with English speaking ability; related IT and first aid knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• HK permanent resident, age 18 or above.
• Completed Secondary 5 education or equivalent.
• Good command of spoken Chinese and able to speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in data entry, data processing, and filing.
• Communicate with National Sports Associations, schools, and community clubs.
• Assist in transportation and setup of equipment for programmes.
• Contribute to preparation and implementation of recreation and sports programmes.
• Handle general enquiries.
