Job summary

The Civil Service Bureau invites applications for a Part-time Official at Sai Kung Outdoor Recreation Centre & Lady MacLehose Holiday Village, under the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.

Candidates must be a Hong Kong permanent resident aged 18+, with Secondary 5 and HKDSE/HKCEE Level 2 in Chinese and English, and capable with Word/Excel and basic Chinese/English word processing.

Qualifications

HK permanent resident aged 18 or above.
Secondary 5 and Level 2 in Chinese and English in HKDSE/HKCEE or equivalent.
Proficiency in Chinese and English word processing and general software applications such as Microsoft Word/Excel.
Average command of spoken and written Chinese.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparation, promotion and implementation of recreation and sports programmes and SmartPLAY project.
Perform general clerical duties.
Provide support services for recreation and sports programmes and SmartPLAY promotion activities; collate statistics; liaise with collaborating parties; arrange equipment and materials.
