Job summary

Hotcoin Global is seeking engineers to build a high-concurrency, low-latency real-time risk control engine powering millisecond-level decisions for high-frequency trading. You will work at the core of our risk infrastructure, designing systems that keep the exchange fast, safe, and resilient at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building risk control systems or real-time computing platforms.
• Hands-on experience with core sub-modules like strategy configuration systems and feature management platforms.
• Familiarity with risk control components and middleware such as rule engines, Flink, graph databases, OLAP engines, Redis.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to own module design and development.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-concurrency, low-latency real-time risk control engine supporting millisecond-level decisions in HFT scenarios.
• Design and implement a flexible rule/strategy/feature management system with visual configuration, hot updates, and canary release capabilities.
• Design and develop core risk control sub-modules: decision log tracking, scorecards, list management, graph analysis engine, model service integration, and more.
• Partner with the strategy team to translate risk strategies into production systems.
• Continuously improve performance, availability, and disaster recovery of the risk control system.
