Hotcoin Global is seeking engineers to build a high-concurrency, low-latency real-time risk control engine powering millisecond-level decisions for high-frequency trading. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building risk control systems or real-time computing platforms.
• Hands-on experience with core sub-modules like strategy configuration systems and feature management platforms.
• Familiarity with risk control components and middleware such as rule engines, Flink, graph databases, OLAP engines, Redis.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to own module design and development.

• Design and implement a flexible rule/strategy/feature management system with visual configuration, hot updates, and canary release capabilities.
• Design and develop core risk control sub-modules: decision log tracking, scorecards, list management, graph analysis engine, model service integration, and more.
• Partner with the strategy team to translate risk strategies into production systems.
• Continuously improve performance, availability, and disaster recovery of the risk control system.

What You'll Do

• Build a high-concurrency, low-latency real-time risk control engine supporting millisecond-level decisions in HFT scenarios
• Design and implement a flexible rule/strategy/feature management system with visual configuration, hot updates, and canary release capabilities
• Design and develop core risk control sub-modules: decision log tracking, scorecards, list management, graph analysis engine, model service integration, and more
• Partner with the strategy team to rapidly translate risk strategies into production systems
• Continuously improve the performance, availability, and disaster recovery capabilities of the risk control system

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience building risk control systems, rule engines, or real-time computing platforms
• Deep understanding of risk control architecture, with hands‑on experience in core sub-modules such as strategy configuration systems and feature management platforms
• Familiarity with mainstream risk control components/middleware — rule engines, Flink, graph databases, OLAP engines, Redis
• Solid grasp of microservice architecture; experience with Spring Cloud, Dubbo, or gRPC is a plus
• Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to independently own module design and development
• Excellent communication, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, high ownership, data‑driven mindset, and a genuine enjoyment of deep technical thinking
