Haldanes in Hong Kong is seeking a Solicitor with 2–4 PQE to join our expanding Real Estate Team. You will handle secondary market transactions, tenancies, property-related financing and related commercial matters, working alongside highly regarded professionals.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a strong drafter, able to work with minimal supervision and to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. We offer a competitive remuneration package.

Qualifications

• 2–4 PQE with solid experience in secondary market transactions, tenancies, property financing and commercial matters.
• Self-motivated, meticulous and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong drafting, time management and client communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
