Job summary

Haldanes in Hong Kong is seeking a Solicitor with 2–4 PQE to join our expanding Real Estate Team. You will handle secondary market transactions, tenancies, property-related financing and related commercial matters, working alongside highly regarded professionals.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a strong drafter, able to work with minimal supervision and to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. We offer a competitive remuneration package.

We are seeking a Solicitor of 2 to 4 PQE with solid experience in handling secondary market transactions, tenancies and property related financing and commercial matters; and is keen to further develop his/her career in real estate practice alongside highly regarded professionals.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for real estate practice; is self-motivated, has strong legal drafting skills, does not need constant supervision and possesses effective time management skills; and a team player who can communicate well with colleagues and clients (in English, Cantonese and Mandarin).
