Job summary

PIMIC International Limited is seeking a senior AI R&D professional in Hong Kong to lead research on PIM/CIM architectures and neural network-optimized silicon IP. The role involves designing matching circuitry, advancing DSP capabilities, and collaborating with ecosystem partners to deliver cutting-edge AI hardware solutions.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, creative problem-solver with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred).
• Willing to work with colleagues, ecosystem partners and customers in various cities.
• Bachelor's degree or Master in Engineering (or related discipline).
• 10+ years solid experience in AI software and hardware (chip) implementation.

Responsibilities

• R&D according to the assigned project.
• Research PIM architecture with neural network structure.
• Enhance PIM/CIM arithmetic flexibility through matching circuitry design.
• Study and develop silicon IP for AI-based fringe computing.
• Improve DSP platform using silicon IP on intensive signal processing tasks.

• R&D according to the company assigned Project
• Research PIM architecture with Neural network structure.
• Systematically enhance PIM/CIM's arithmetic flexibility through matching circuitry design.
• Study and development the silicon IP for the coming AI based fringe computing
• Improve current art of DSP platform by using this silicon IP on those most intensive signal processing tasks
