First Shanghai Investments Ltd is seeking a seasoned research professional to conduct in-depth, continuous tracking and research of the AI industry and related semiconductor sectors in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

You will maintain financial models, analyze market sizing, supply-demand, and track technology iterations across mobile, consumer electronics, and chips, with frequent travel to Mainland China.

Formación

• Degree holder or above in Engineering, Science, Economics, Finance or related disciplines.
• Possess professional qualification(i.e. CPA, CFA) is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in the semiconductor, hardware, optical modules, chips, computer science, and other AI and technologies sectors.
• Strong analytical skills and presentation skills.
• Responsible, self-motivated, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese words processing.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Frequently travel to Mainland China is required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-depth, continuous tracking and research of the AI industry.
• Conduct research report for the Semiconductor and optical module sector covering listed companies in Hong Kong / Mainland China.
• Keep track on global mobile, consumer electronics and semiconductor value chains, track hardware and chip technology iterations.
• Conduct timely, critical and in-depth research on market sizing, supply-demand and competitor analysis for mobile terminals and chip products.
• Identify technology risks, provide technical consultation, research advice and research support for investment and business projects.
• Maintain financial models and database for designated industries and sectors.
