Job summary

Yau Lee Holdings Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to provide general quantity surveying and contract administration services for both pre- and post-contract activities. The role involves taking off quantities from drawings, preparing and scrutinising cost estimates, managing tenders, contracts, and subcontracts, and evaluating variation orders and final accounts.

The ideal candidate has a degree or certificate in Quantity Surveying and experience in contractor or QS consultancy firms, with

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Experience in contractor or QS consultant firms.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract works.
• NEC contract experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide general quantity surveying and contract administration services for pre and post contract which include taking off quantities from drawings, scrutiny/preparation of cost estimates, tenders, contracts and subcontract documents, evaluation of variation order and payment claims and settlement of final accounts.
