Job summary

Applicants should hold a Diploma or higher Certificate in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with skills in MicroStation and AutoCAD, plus a Green Card safety certification.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Higher Certificate or above in Building Services, Electrical Studies, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferred experience in the construction field.
• Adequate skills in MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Engineering Surveying.
• Holder of a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor, and inspect site works.
• Take site measurements, prepare cost estimates and survey drawings, and maintain proper records for works and test reports.
• Handle and resolve site-related technical problems.
• Coordinate and liaise with the Client / Engineer's Representative.
• Inspect sample boards and materials for compliance with contract specifications and monitor proper site material usage.
• Check construction drawings and work programmes against actual site conditions and specifications.
• Keep site drawings and project documentation up to date.
