Job summary

Leighton Asia in Hong Kong and Macau is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and drive the Quality strategy across our operations. This role ensures quality standards, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

You will guide project teams on quality systems, oversee audits and certifications, and mentor the Quality team to achieve high performance, while fostering a culture of governance and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Degree in a construction-related discipline.
• 12–15 years of Quality Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems.
• Experience in strategy development and implementation.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams.
• Experience in multicultural environments.
• Proficient in MS Office and database tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the Business Unit's Quality strategy and culture.
• Monitor, track, and report on quality performance across projects.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company standards.
• Provide guidance to project teams on quality systems and best practices.
• Oversee quality audits, inspections, and certification processes.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
• Develop and deliver quality training programs across teams.
• Manage documentation, reporting, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement, innovation, and digital quality initiatives.
• Manage and mentor the Quality team to achieve high performance.
