Bigben Interactive (HK) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer / QA Clerk to coordinate product compliance testing, documentations, and ensure timely filing of DoCs and manuals. You will work with suppliers, testing labs, product development, merchandising and overseas teams.

The role requires completion of Form 6, 2 years in product compliance or QA, and fluent English and Mandarin. You will monitor test progress, review reports, create rating labels with head office, and handle

Qualifications

• Completion of Form 6 or equivalent.
• Two years of relevant experience in product compliance, testing, quality assurance, or consumer electronics.
• Experience working with manufacturers or testing laboratories preferred.
• Experience in test laboratories and familiar with CE, FCC, UKCA are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and be a good team player.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.

Responsabilités

• Document the compliance reports, rating label, DoC, user manual, etc to the system.
• Obtain and compare testing quotations from approved laboratories and suppliers.
• Follow up with suppliers and laboratories on missing samples, technical information, corrective actions, retesting, and outstanding reports.
• Monitor testing progress, identify delays or failures, and maintain an accurate test status for each project.
• Review the test reports and DoCs.
• Handle the compliance test invoices.
• Create the product rating label with head office and suppliers.
• Support and communicate with QA/QM to solve problems.
