M.V. Sports (Hong Kong) Ltd is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Hong Kong team, working with product managers and suppliers to ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance from development through production.

Key duties include supporting new product development, conducting risk assessments, coordinating third‑party testing and factory audits. Requirements: bachelor s degree in engineering, at least two years QA experience, knowledge of UK/EU compliance for toys and bikes,

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in quality assurance.
• Knowledge of UK and EU compliance requirements for products such as toys, bicycles and home appliances.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese with strong written English and Chinese.
• Willingness to travel to China and South Asia.
• Experience with AI tools for workflow automation or data analysis is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support new product development by providing technical advice and identifying potential quality and safety issues at the design stage.
• Conduct product evaluations and risk assessments, and establish quality standards, inspection criteria and testing protocols.
• Coordinate product testing with third-party laboratories and ensure compliance with applicable UK and EU safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct factory audits, evaluate production processes and oversee suppliers' in-house testing.
• Carry out product inspections at supplier facilities in China and South Asia.
• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes and work with suppliers to implement effective corrective actions.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Hong Kong team, working closely with product managers and suppliers to ensure our products meet quality, safety and regulatory requirements from development through to production.
