Job summary

Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a market research professional with 1–3 years’ experience to support insights projects across HK and Mainland. The role involves conducting one-on-one interviews and focus groups, drafting proposals, and supporting fieldwork.

You should be fluent in English and Putonghua, have strong reporting and data interpretation skills, and be proficient in MS Office.

Qualifications

1–3 years’ experience in market research or insights analysis.
Experience with qualitative interviews or focus groups preferred.
Strong communication, English proficiency, and Putonghua fluency.
Good analytical and report writing skills.
Proactive, detail-minded, fast-learner, able to meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Occasional overtime and fieldwork may be required.

Responsibilities

Assist in qualitative research projects for HK & Mainland.
Conduct one-on-one interviews and focus groups with customers, including affluent segments.
Define research scope, write proposals, prepare fieldwork and recruit respondents.
Write analytical reports, generate insights and recommendations.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity; support desk research and ad-hoc tasks.
Note: candidates with less experience may be considered for Research Executive.
