Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a QS Manager (E&M) in Hong Kong to oversee cost control, contract administration, tendering and variations for large engineering projects. You will ensure projects meet budget and contractual obligations while managing final accounts and risk exposure.

The role requires extensive experience in MEP quantity surveying, strong NEC contract knowledge, and bilingual communication in Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
• HKIS, RICS or equivalent professional qualification.
• Min. 15 years' experience in quantity surveying/contract management for MEP.
• Solid experience with NEC contracts (Option C and/or D).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good command of Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of cost control, contract administration, tendering, variations, valuations and final accounts to keep projects within budget and in line with contractual obligations.
• Review tender documents, contract conditions and provide commercial advice.
• Identify, assess and mitigate commercial risks.
• Ensure compliance with relevant contracts (e.g., NEC).

• $70-80K. 5-day. Medical. Bonus
