Job summary

Meiban Micro Pte Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a Quality Assurance professional to ensure effective QMS documentation and audit readiness across the company. You will drive internal audits and oversee electronic systems integration with the QMS.

You will plan annual internal audits, develop process and product audit plans, review SOPs, and support external audits, driving regulatory compliance and continual improvement within our operations.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ability to plan and execute internal audits effectively.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ISO standards relevant to QMS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute annual Internal Audit to ensure QMS effectiveness and audit readiness.
• Develop and implement monthly process and product audits as needed.
• Oversee documentation control, SOP updates, and QMS records.
• Ensure electronic systems integrate with the QMS and meet regulatory requirements.
• Support external audits and contribute to continual Quality improvements.
• Coordinate minutes for meetings and promote awareness of QMS changes.

GENERAL FUNCTION

• Ensure effective documentation and implementation of Quality Management System so that the Company is always audit-ready.
• Drive and prepare the team for all internal and external audit.
• Ensure the digital QMS / DCC are implemented and maintained.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effective Quality Management System in the Company
• a)Plan and execute annual Internal Audit toensure all the Quality Systems and procedures are effectively review, implementand auditable.
• b)Develop and implement additional plans such asmonthly process and product
• Audits, Quality training to complement theefforts to ensure effective Quality Management System.
• c)Ensure all electronic software implemented canintegrate to our Quality
• Management system.
• d)Ensure all electronic and automated systemmeets Regulatory and QMS Requirements.
• e)Ensure all adopted electronic and automatedsystem in our QMS are validated.
• f)Assist to review SOP, PF, Work instruction toensure compliance with
• ISO standards and our quality managementSystem before submitting to MR for approval.
• g)Support in streamline WI and forms in ouroperations and QMS to ensure Operational effectiveness.
• h)Overseas the documentation Control functionfor the quality Management System. Ensure proper documentation and updating ofSOP, supporting procedures; customer specifications/ 2D & 3D drawing; QAspecification etc.
• i)Coordinate and compile the meeting minutes forthe monthly Operation meeting and half yearly management review meeting perplanned schedule.
• j)Identify weakness of Quality Management systemand proposed for
• any need for improvement.
• k)Promote the awareness in the company on anynew changes in Quality management system.
• l)Responsible to reply to Customer survey orquestionnaire related to quality management system.
• m)Support QMS Manager to setup the qualitymanagement system in any new Micro site.
• n)Act as an Internal auditor in the company tosupport in the internal audit.
• o)Support in the preparation in any external audit.
