Job summary

AEM Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced QA/QC leader to oversee the full spectrum of quality activities and maintain our corporate quality systems. You will ensure compliance with ISO9000, 14000, 13485, NADCAP, FDA and GMP, while driving customer satisfaction through cross‑functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

The role focuses on liaising with major customers, preventing nonconformities, and leading a dedicated QA/QC team in a high‑reliability manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Document Control, BOM management, ECN administration or related functions.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, medical devices, aerospace, semiconductor, or precision engineering industries is an advantage.
• Degree or Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering required or preferred.

Requirements
